Super Bowl Monday

This will probably be the only Super Bowl Monday that I will ever experience. We spent most of Sunday evening trying to sleep a little bit because the big game was on at 1:00 am here. We found a little pizza place in the Old City that got a new satellite system for us to have our own private Super Bowl party. Since we all go to school in Chicago, there was cause for interest in this game since the Bears were playing. We also had just enough Colts fans to keep it interesting. About 3/4 of us stayed up to watch the game and we had great fun. We even called back to Chicago to the seminarians back home who were watching the game and had a conference call. It was nice to have this connection and know that we were all watching the Super Bowl together. Unfortunately, we did not get the commercials like is normal back home. It was still a lot of fun even though the Bears lost. The rest of Monday was devoted to sleeping and then watching the Super Bowl commercials on the internet.
