Home Uncategorized A New Design for My Old Blog

If you’ve been following my blog for very long, you probably noticed that I recently redesigned it. I was debating switching to another blogging service, but decided I would see what I could do to fix up my current site. I’m actually pretty happy with how it turned out. I made it blue and white for Mary, esteemed patroness and protectrix of my blog.

On a related note, Xanga has now allowed me to open up the comments sections for anyone to be able to leave comments. Before you had to be a registered Xanga user, but not so any more. So, let me know what you think of the new design by leaving a newly made possible comment. May God bless your day!

Deacon Shawn,
I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you thanks for the blog.  I have enjoyed checking it and seeing what life as a seminarian is like.  I particularly wanted to thank you on behalf my sophomore’s at Hayden High School.  Were covering the mystery of the Incarnation and the infancy narratives.  To add to my PowerPoint presentations I have dropped a few of your Holy Land pictures in the presentation and the students loved it.  They also enjoyed the video of the cave of the Nativity.
Thanks for listening to the call of your vocationa and thanks for the photos.  I made the intro for the slideshow a mini ad for vocations.
In Jesus through Mary,
